What does the program include?

Initial onboarding and orientation session (SMART goal workshop), session calendar, equipment checklist, access to online workouts. Online community for accountability and support. Conduct baseline fitness assessments (foundation setting workout, learn basic form and measure capabilities) during the first session. Initial 1:1 to set goals/plans, monthly check-in to make plan adjustments. Bonus content regarding Progress Tracking Tools for workouts, meals, hydration, and mindfulness practices. Motivation and recognition. Weekly challenges and monthly prizes!

What are the weekly challenges?

Each week’s challenge will help keep you engaged and motivated, and participate to receive entry into the drawing for monthly prizes. Challenges will include hydration tracking, daily workout log, improving a personal best, daily mindfulness tracking, and more!

How is the program structured?

The program is designed in monthly increments, allowing you to set a pace that works best for your goals and schedule. Your progress will depend on the time and effort you commit upon signing up. While the program is continuously ongoing, we welcome new members at the start of each month, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.

When does it start?

Kickoff on Sunday February 2nd! You’ll receive your welcome packet with all you need to know and forms 1 week prior.

What does it cost?

Month to month commitment: $250/mo

Commit to 3 months: $200/mo

Commit to 6 months: $150/mo

How many sessions are included?

We will meet 2x each week, every Monday/Thursday virtually for a group workout or workshop! However, it doesn’t stop there - I will be providing a short weekly workout every Sunday to get you moving (but you are welcome to do more than that). You should also work on things you learned during our lives between each session so that you can ask any questions you have from your own personal practice.
